They are always in a run to counter their pace and calm them down Yoga must be introduced in their daily routine, just like eating, playing, studying and sleeping Yoga should be made a way of living. It has positive impacts on children. Yoga at an early age moulds and sculpts the body, mind and soul and makes them more creative, calm and composed it encourages self esteem, confidence and body awareness in children. It has powerful effect on brain develops it and heightens concentration.
