On the evening of 14 November 2025, SAI International Residential School was ablaze with joy and excitement as teachers came together to dedicate a spectacular cultural evening to their students. Themed “The Joy Junction – The Magic of Childhood”, the event was a heartfelt celebration of the spirit of childhood and the bond between mentors and learners.
The programme began with a soulful prelude by the Headmaster, setting a dignified and warm tone. What followed was a cascade of vibrant performances that had the Astaranga Auditorium echoing with music, laughter, and applause. Teachers from academics, sports, music, the infirmary, and other departments showcased their talents through energetic live music, creative duets, group songs, theatrical moments, nostalgic childhood acts, and high-spirited dance sequences.
Every performance carried a message of joy, affection, and celebration, reflecting the care and guidance teachers provide every day. The evening reached its emotional zenith with the school’s signature song, “Ashayein”, paying tribute to the vision and legacy of our beloved Founder, Late Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo. Students and teachers stood together in gratitude and inspiration, cherishing the dreams and values instilled in every SAIoneer.
The celebration didn’t stop there. The MSB Ground transformed into a dance floor as teachers and students grooved together during an electrifying DJ session, creating moments of pure fun and togetherness. The evening concluded with a grand gala dinner, leaving everyone with hearts full of happiness and memories to treasure for years to come.
Children’s Day 2025 at SIRS was not just a celebration; it was a beautiful reminder of the joy of learning, the warmth of guidance, and the magic of childhood.
