SAI International Residential School proudly celebrates the impressive performance of its young skaters at the All India Open Inter School Roller Skating Championship, held at Buddhajayanti Park, Patia, Bhubaneswar. Competing alongside talented young skaters, the SIRS participants demonstrated remarkable speed, discipline, determination and sporting spirit, bringing home an impressive collection of medals across various events and age categories.
Punyaka Saraff delivered an outstanding performance, securing 1st Position in the 200m, 300m and 500m events, earning three Gold Medals. Nikunj Chowdhury followed with an excellent performance, securing 2nd Position in the 200m, 300m and 500m events, adding three Silver Medals to the school’s achievement tally.
The younger skaters also showcased commendable performances. Ayush Kumar Priyadarshi (U11) secured 3rd Position in the 300m, while Sun Mandal (U14) earned 3rd Position in the 200m. Shivansh Singh (U11) also secured 3rd Position in the 200m. Souriya Singhal and Nigam Prasad participated in the championship with enthusiasm and commitment, gaining valuable competitive experience.
The championship provided the young athletes with an opportunity to test their skills, compete in a challenging environment and strengthen important sporting values such as perseverance, focus, discipline and resilience. Their achievements reflect the dedication of the students and the consistent efforts invested in their training and preparation.
