“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.”

― Robert Collier

On February 10, 2025, SAI International Residential School (SIRS) students in classes 10 and 12 appearing board examinations had the priceless chance to witness the live session of the 8th edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025, an enlightening and participatory event hosted by Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi. This live streaming, which was conducted in school premises, gave students the crucial direction and useful tips they needed to successfully study for their impending board exams. As PM Modi addressed students' worries about academic expectations, stress management, and self-reflection, the session was a potent source of motivation. Using a powerful cricket analogy, he encouraged students to focus on their own efforts rather than giving in to social pressures, telling them to adopt a batsman's approach by focusing on the ball rather than outside factors.

Students and faculty members engaged in a thoughtful conversation at the end of the enlightening session, sharing important discoveries and discussing how to incorporate them into their everyday study habits. As they discussed how to apply the Prime Minister's guidance to their academic methods, the students mindset was clear. Through participation in Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025, SIRS confirmed its dedication to creating a learning environment that is both empowered and supportive. In addition to giving kids resilience and confidence, the program gave them useful study techniques to help them ace their board exams. SAIoneers are now more equipped to approach their exams with tenacity and a revitalized sense of purpose thanks to the Prime Minister's insight and direction. They acquired important knowledge on how to effectively manage their time, remain composed under stress, and establish reasonable yet challenging objectives. They discovered the value of self-control, maintaining concentration, and having faith in themselves. They are now more driven to tackle their board exams with a strategic attitude, guaranteeing persistent efforts and self-improvement to achieve academic brilliance, after being inspired by PM Modi's remarks.
