SAIoneers Celebrate ‘Bharatiya Bhasha Utshav’

On December 13, 2023, SIRS came alive with the vibrant celebration of 'Bharatiya Bhasha Utshav' in honor of the revered poet Mahakavi Subramaniya Bharathi's birth anniversary. Mahakavi Subramaniya Bharathi, considered a national poet, left an indelible mark through patriotic poems that inspired people to join the independence struggle and work fervently for the country's liberation. The event at SIRS aimed to highlight the importance of preserving and cherishing all languages, with a special focus on one's mother tongue. Students actively participated in a diverse range of activities, showcasing India's rich linguistic heritage. Passionate and inspiring teachers were present to enlighten young minds with their perspectives. Colorful displays of regional cultures adorned the event, fostering a deep appreciation for linguistic pluralism. In his address, Headmaster Mr. Amitabh Agnihotri emphasized the importance of respecting all languages.
