Swami Mukundananda Inspires SAIoneers with Spiritual Wisdom and Life Guidance

SAI International Residential School hosted an enriching spiritual session by globally respected spiritual teacher Swami Mukundananda, founder of Jagadguru Kripalu Yog Trust (JKYog), on March 13, 2026, at the Astaranga Auditorium. The programme began with a warm reception of Swamiji in the school lobby, followed by a graceful welcome dance presented by SIRS students. After escorting the revered guest to the auditorium, the gathering commenced with a formal introduction and felicitation, setting the tone for an inspiring and reflective session.

During his enlightening address, Swamiji emphasised the importance of developing strong roots, maintaining focus, discovering one’s true self, understanding the identity of the universe, and mastering thought management as essential to leading a purposeful and meaningful life. The session was followed by an engaging question-and-answer interaction where students posed a range of thoughtful questions. Responding with clarity and wisdom, Swamiji elaborated on the value of daily disciplines such as early rising and morning study, the spirit of servant leadership, and how spiritual knowledge helps individuals connect with the deeper purpose of life. He also encouraged students to cultivate positivity by transforming their perceptions and refining their belief systems, enabling them to appreciate the harmony and greatness of the universal creation.

Following the interaction, Swamiji distributed a few of his spiritual books to selected students. The programme concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Headmaster Amitabh Agnihotri, after which a portrait created by the students was formally presented to Swamiji as a token of gratitude and respect.

The session proved to be a meaningful and inspiring experience for the SIRS community, reinforcing the school’s commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also inner growth, values and self-awareness among its students.
