On 15 May 2024, SIRS proudly participated in the AFS National Calendar Activity, Sinfonietta Classics "Canvas and Verse, Ink It" Literature Competition hosted by Aurum, The Global School. Representing SIRS, Pranjal from Class XI composed an imaginative poem titled “The Road I Had Chosen…” inspired by a famous painting revealed during the competition. With only 20 minutes to craft their verse via a virtual platform, Pranjal showcased exceptional creativity. Dressed in the school uniform and adhering to all guidelines, Pranjal flawlessly presented the poem, displaying cohesiveness, creativity, and emotional depth. The results will be announced on May 23, 2024, and SIRS is confident in Pranjal’s chances for the "Most Creative Poem" and "Best Presentation" awards.
