At the prestigious YEY!! 2025 finals, hosted by Invictus International School, Amritsar, the SIRS team stood tall among the nation’s best. The day began with immense anticipation and purpose, culminating in a transformative morning that opened with a powerful talk by Mr. Ankur Warikoo, a renowned speaker and entrepreneur. His address left a lasting impact on the students as he shared profound life lessons, the importance of surrounding yourself with positivity, nurturing physical and mental well-being, and resolving conflicts with compassion and clarity. Empowered by his message, the students of SIRS confidently pitched their innovative entrepreneurial idea before an esteemed jury. Their presentation reflected months of hard work, mentorship, and team spirit. Following a delightful lunch, the team was inspired once again during an insightful session by Major General Kartik Seshadri, who emphasised the critical role of innovation, leadership, and discipline in shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
The atmosphere grew electric with anticipation as the results were announced. Joy and pride swept through the SIRS team as they were declared among the Top 10 schools out of 80 participants, securing the distinguished title of “Gold Finalists.” This incredible achievement stands as a testament to the students' dedication and the unwavering support of their Headmaster and mentors, to whom they wholeheartedly dedicated their success.
To mark the celebration, the team enjoyed an evening outing to the iconic Hall Market, bonding over shared joy and the triumph of collective effort. The delegation safely returned to Bhubaneswar, carrying home not just accolades but unforgettable experiences and life-changing lessons.
