The morning commenced with the AFS Song and a harmonious performance by the SAI Choir, followed by the School Flag Ceremony, where participating schools proudly represented their institutions on stage. A lamp-lighting ceremony symbolised the dawn of collaboration and learning, after which Dr. Silpi Sahoo, Chairperson of SAI International Education Group, warmly welcomed the gathering with an address highlighting the importance of intercultural dialogue and global harmony.
The occasion was further enriched by the reflections of distinguished AFS leaders, including Mr. Jayant Lal, Member of the AFS India Board; Ms. Diya Badgel, National Director of AFS India; and Ms. Carolina, from AFS Global, who inspired the audience with their perspectives on cultural exchange, youth action, and building bridges across communities.
