Honoring Visionary Leadership and Growth on World Patient Safety Day

On September 19, 2024, SAI International Residential School held meaningful assemblies as part of the Founder’s Memorial Series, focusing on World Patient Safety Day. Students from Grades IV to IX of Red House led the junior assembly, while mentor Rajesh Sir’s mentees conducted the senior assembly. The theme centered on patient safety with the slogan “Get it right, make it safe!” A moving tribute by Shiv Agnihotri honored the school’s founder, Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo. Mentor Rajesh Kumar Sahoo motivated students with the “1% change per week” concept, encouraging gradual self-improvement. Kushal Tulsiyan was also recognized for his achievements at the CBSE Far East Zone Skating Championship 2024, receiving a bronze and silver in the 500m and 1000m events, respectively, and was felicitated by Associate Director Amitabh Agnihotri. The assemblies embodied the values of leadership, growth, and safety, inspiring students to strive for excellence through small, steady efforts.
