Cultivating Connections and Building Bonds: Mentor-Led Morning Assemblies

On July 20, 2024, SAI International Residential School launched its mentor-led morning assemblies to strengthen interactions and foster team bonding. These sessions aim to start each day positively, creating a warm and engaging environment for students. Mentors, along with their mentees, lead the assemblies featuring inspirational talks, guidance from teachers and the leadership team, and interactive activities. Students have the opportunity to share their thoughts, showcase their talents, and celebrate their achievements. Assemblies also include discussions on important values, current events, and motivational stories, encouraging critical and empathetic thinking. This initiative enhances relationships between students and mentors, creating a supportive network that extends beyond the classroom. It has significantly increased student engagement and promoted a sense of belonging and unity within the school community, reflecting SAI International Residential School’s commitment to holistic education and the emotional and social development of its students.
