Awards, Applause, and Adventures: SAIoneers Wrap Up HMUN India 2025

The fourth and final day of the 15th edition of Harvard Model United Nations India was a memorable culmination of four days of learning, debating, and global exposure for our SAIoneers. The day began with the last set of committee sessions, where some delegates cast their votes on draft resolutions, while others experienced Harvard’s signature “FUNMUN”—a Motion of Entertainment. This unique session not only created moments of joy but also provided delegates with valuable feedback from their respective directors, recognising their performance throughout the conference. Following a hearty lunch, all delegates gathered for the Closing Ceremony, where SAIoneers brought pride to the institution with their exceptional achievements:

. Vyapti Patro and Adyasha Priyadarshini received the Honourable Mention Award for their representation of Estonia in the double-delegation committee, DISEC.
. Tarun Tapan Bhuyan was honoured with the Determined Delegate Award for his outstanding representation of General Earle G. Wheeler, Chief of Army Staff, in the committee: Cuban Missile Crisis, 1962.

With the ceremony marking the conclusion of the prestigious conference, our delegates departed from the Hilton to the airport, carrying with them not only awards but also a wealth of learning, cultural insights, international friendships, and cherished memories.

This enriching experience stands as a testament to the commitment of SAI International in nurturing global citizens and future leaders.
