Subhash Chandra Bose a very young leader often referred to as Netaji led the young, radical wing of the Indian National Congress in the late 1920s and later became the president of INC in 1938. India observes Netaji Jayanti on January 23 nationally. Netaji has been instrumental in shaping up the armed forces of India.
