The team of students and teachers on a Global Immersion Programme (GIP) to Singapore visited the famous Marina Bay Sands Sky Park on Thursday, October 18, 2018. Students were mesmerised to explore the place which is a wondrous feat of engineering. Among others, they had a breath taking view of Singapore from the 56th floor of the iconic building. Their guide for the day, Ms. Joe, shared with them interesting information about Singapore, its history and it’s future.

On their third day in Singapore, the team from SAI International visited the NeWater Plant and Marina Barrage as well as continued with the Workshop at Nanyang Technological University (NTU). Students were amazed to see the NeWater Plant which is a wonderful work of innovation and technology. Here sea water is converted to drinking water and Singapore gets its major part of water supply from this magnificent plant.
