An appeal for peace

“Courageous people do not fear forgiving, for the sake of peace.” – Nelson Mandela

SAI International Residential School students participated and debated on the topic of peace on June 25, 2018. Students participated and gave a strong message and made an appeal to the world leaders to stop war and enmity.

The soldier who killed that little Syrian child had no enmity with her. Many children were left abandoned on the roads of Syria. Many families disappeared in terrorist attacks irrespective of religion, caste or creed, people cry for them. The world cries for peace. Nobody wants wars. Amidst all this it’s the children who get affected.

Children are the epitome of love and peace; a session by them was very inspiring and thought provoking.
