Odisha is known for its art, craft, culture and heritage. Students of classes V to VIII of SAI International Residential School along with foreign delegates of SAIMUN went for a visit to the Art and Craft Village (Kalaa Bhumi), Bhubaneshwar on July 27, 2018. Kalaa Bhumi is a temple for the art lovers.
The foreign delegates were awestruck at the art museum, students from Switzerland said, they had heard about Indian art and craft but having a firsthand experience was something out of the world. They were mesmerized by the complete set up of the village theme of the museum. Students of SIRS had a good and friendly interaction with the foreign delegates and also had a fairly good time explaining them about the artifacts displayed there.
It was overall a great learning experience for the students of SIRS.
