Preparing Future Leaders: SIRS Career Orientation for Students and Parents

SAI International Residential School organised a comprehensive Career Orientation Programme on 18 January 2026 at the Astaranga Auditorium, with the objective of guiding students of Classes IX, X and XI, along with their parents, towards informed academic and career decision-making. The programme began with a warm welcome address by the Headmaster, who set the tone for a focused and purposeful session highlighting the importance of early planning and informed choices in today’s dynamic career landscape.

Renowned career experts and professional counsellors conducted insightful presentations on emerging career pathways, higher education opportunities, and aptitude-based decision-making. The interactive sessions enabled students and parents to gain clarity on future planning, skill development, and evolving global trends. A key highlight of the programme was the individual counselling sessions, which offered personalised guidance tailored to students’ interests, strengths, and aspirations. These one-on-one interactions helped address specific academic concerns and career-related queries. The successful execution of the programme was supported by a dedicated team of teachers, wardens, and staff members, who ensured smooth coordination, effective parent support, and systematic movement across various checkpoints throughout the event.

The well-structured initiative reaffirmed SAI International Residential School’s unwavering commitment to holistic education and its mission to empower students with the knowledge, confidence, and clarity required to navigate their future pathways successfully.
