On September 8, 2025, SAI International Residential School hosted the Interact Club Installation Ceremony 2025–26 in the august presence of Rotary Club dignitaries, esteemed school authorities, teachers, and students.
The ceremony began with a soulful rendition by the SAI Choir, setting an inspiring tone for the afternoon. Outgoing Secretary Intr. Purvi Agarwal presented the annual report of activities for 2024–25, which included cleanliness drives, awareness campaigns, and cultural exchanges. This was followed by Vice President Intr. K. Akshara Patro, who unveiled the planner for 2025–26, envisioning initiatives such as elder care programs, student exchanges, environmental sustainability projects, and a medicinal garden.
The much-awaited installation of office bearers saw Intr. Oam Bansal assumed office as President, alongside his dedicated team of leaders. In his maiden address, Oam highlighted this year’s Rotary International theme, “Unite for Good,”urging Interactors to transform collective energy into meaningful social impact while carrying forward the legacy of Founder-Chairman Late Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo.
Adding to the inspiration, Associate Director and Headmaster Mr. Amitabh Agnihotri and Rotary Club President Rtn. Sanjaya Kumar Choudhury commended the students’ spirit of service and leadership, encouraging them to embrace opportunities to create positive change.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Secretary Intr. Abhijeet Anil Das, followed by the National Anthem.
The installation ceremony marked the beginning of a promising year of service, leadership, and compassion, deeply rooted in the Interact motto, “Service Above Self.”
