SIRS celebrated the 74th Independence Day of India’s freedom. Following Government guidelines for celebration, Shri Deepak Somani, hoisted and unfurled the National flag with small group which gathered there, saluted the National Flag followed by the singing of the National Anthem.
To mark the occasion Allen of Class VI, delivered a spirited speech about India’s Independence and freedom struggle. He highlighted that the sacrifice and suffering of millions of Indians helped us now to live a life of freedom.
SIRS one of the best boarding schools in India arranged a special e-celebration in the evening to mark allegiance to the nation. The whole programme was meticulously planned and executed by the students themselves. The students performed patriotic dances, delivered speeches, sang soulful patriotic songs, there was also an instrumental music session and stand-up comedy performance. Parents expressed their satisfaction and happiness on the e-celebration.
