“A good stance and posture reflect a proper state of mind.” — Morihei Ueshiba
A little shrug, a confident smile, an indecisive nod, a comforting pat or a dubious eye movement, speaks all about the personality of a person. A person’s way of talking, walking, looking conveys a lot about the state of mind and physical disposition. Class IX A held a meaningful session on Body Language. They played a motivational video on the same topic and spoke about it.
What one speaks is just an envelope of the letter inside; the real self comes out when somebody notices the body postures and body language. There are many ways to improve ones body language like be aware about yourself and how people react to your actions, be alert try to check your actions, make eye contact, read others, don’t slouch and stop fidgeting with your hands or any other piece of object while you speak. There are many other ways to improve one just need to act normally and wisely while talking.
It was an informative session for the students.
