Learn to Lead
To instill the leadership qualities in children and ready them for the 21st Century SIRS believes in the motto of Learn to Lead. Investiture Ceremony is one such responsibility bestowed on the students by the schools where they learn the qualities of a leader and function as a team.
SIRS held its second Investiture Ceremony on August 22, 2019 in the Astaranga Auditorium. Representatives of various Clubs and Classes were inducted and adorned with sashes and pin badges, by the Chief Guest Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo, Founder, SAI International Education Group.
Inculcating Respect and Empathy
Dr. Sahoo shared his words of wisdom with the children and the parents saying that every child should imbibe the virtues of respect and empathy to become good human beings with good character, and humility to attain the real happiness in life and bring about a positive approach in the saga called life. He also spoke about helping each other and radiate togetherness to spread happiness. For the better understanding of respect and empathy very meaningful and inspiring videos were shown to the audience.
Dr. Sahoo congratulated the new Club Bearers and the newly inducted Head Boy and the Head Girl of the school Vikalsh Bansal and Manavi Agarwal respectively to work with respect and empathy and perform their duties with utmost diligence and show energy and enthusiasm throughout the year. The office bearers pledged to deliver their duties with utmost consciousness and sincerity for the development of the school in session 2019-20.
