It is always easier to attain a goal with a team. Working in a group is always motivating; when the group works together greater is the probability that the group will achieve success. The students beautifully showcased the theme in the session held at SAI International Residential School on the importance of Team Work on November 29, 2018.
They had collaboratively put up a short skit showing the importance of team work. They taught the children that individual talents and efforts are good, but when it comes to success, it is always through collaborations. The team functions together to hone each other’s talents and capabilities and brings out the best in the interest of the team. As its rightly said by Henry Ford, “Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success.”
