A teacher is role model for any child. Children look up to teachers almost as a supreme power, who listens to them and resolve their issues. It is of utmost importance for a teacher to be empathetic towards children and have a seamless communication to bring about trust and confidence in them. The Headmaster SIRS, Shri Amitabh Agnihotri held a session on Empathy and Effective Communication for the teachers. Then after, a session on IT was also held which guided the teachers about SAMS (SAI Academic Management System), Report card preparation, Students profile, Grade, etc.
It was a great learning experience for the teachers.
