It takes someone and something special to be an educator, a person who has compassion, cares for children, is an influencer, loves and helps the student to grow to their fullest potential. SIRS constantly trains and upgrades its teachers to enhance their teaching skills, life skills and values, by their in-house trained experts. The Academic Director Shri Harish Sandhuja and Headmaster Shri Amitabh Agnihotri explained briefly about the ten Core Life Skills, to quote a few are; self awareness, empathy towards others, critical and creative thinking, decision making, problem solving, coping with stress, effective communication and others.
Teachers were also trained about the Importance of Lesson Plan and Syllabus Break-up. It was overall a very fruitful session for all the teachers and especially for the newcomers.
