SAI International Residential School marked Ayushman Bharat Diwas on 30 April 2025, with a meaningful morning assembly hosted by the students of Dhvaja House. The event served as a platform to educate and inspire, highlighting the importance of accessible healthcare under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY).
The assembly began with enriching segments, including the word and thought of the day, news updates, and the national pledge, setting a tone of awareness and reflection. Students showcased their understanding of the nation’s visionary healthcare mission and the role of youth in shaping a healthier, more equitable future.
A special announcement segment followed, unveiling exciting global opportunities for SAIoneers. The school proudly announced its participation in SAIMUN 2025, scheduled for July, followed by prestigious invitations to Oxford MUN and the Harvard Sustainability Summit, both to be held in August 2025. These international engagements reaffirm the school’s commitment to nurturing global leaders and changemakers.
A moment of pride and celebration unfolded as two student delegates were felicitated by Headmaster Mr. Amitabh Agnihotri for representing SIRS at the Round Square Conference, hosted by Step by Step School, Noida. Centred on the theme of ‘Service’, the conference offered valuable exposure to collaborative service initiatives. A video showcasing the key moments and takeaways from the conference was screened before the felicitation, offering a glimpse into the impactful experience.
In his closing address, Headmaster Mr. Agnihotri delivered an inspiring message, encouraging students to “serve with empathy and lead with purpose.” He emphasised the value of responsible leadership and the power of youth to bring transformative change in society.
The assembly not only honoured a significant national initiative but also reflected the school’s mission to build compassionate, confident, and globally-minded individuals.
