Yoga is something that has amazingly incredible benefits with regards to defying the ageing factors.
On the occasion of International Day for Yoga students of SAI International Residential School (SIRS) held a special yoga session early morning on June 21, 2019, at the school under their yoga trainer. Yoga is a regular practice for the students of SIRS. It is part of their curriculum. They practice both morning and sunset yoga everyday and have made it their way of life.
Speaking of the occasion Chairman, SAI International Dr. Bijaya Kumar Sahoo said,”At SAI International we believe in holistic development of body mind and soul of each child. And to align the Chakras of the human body it is essential to practice yoga and meditation not just for a day but making it a lifestyle for the lifetime.”
